2008 JetToy Olympics Results

2008 Grand Champion - St. Edith Elementary (TEAM #59)
300 students and over 100 volunteers came together to help SAE International conduct the 2nd Annual A World in Motion® - JetToy Olympics. This year's event was sponsored by Johnson Controls. Student from Bennett Elementary School, Mae C. Jemison, John R. King Academic and Performing Arts Academy, Anna M. Joyce Elementary School, Golightly Educational Center, Cooper Elementary School, St. Edith, and St. John School all traveled to COBO Center in Detroit, MI to compete in the event. Johnson Controls staff (from left) John Moulton (Vice President of Manufacturing - North America Operations), Bill Hofmann (Vice President and General Manager of Engineering - North America) and Russ Burgei (Engineering Executive Director, Customer Business Units - North America Seating) presented the winning student teams with gold, silver and bronze medals.
